They were lovely but quite a few squashed and I love My Spice so I am really sorry to write this. Perhaps the drying stage needs to be done with more scope and a little more care ? I am not an expert at all. I think pink peppercorns are very fragile so I am sure it is not a simple process. But apart from that they tasted delightful... So I am still very grateful !!!
The pre diabetes symptoms are disappointing
Floral aroma, tan color not brown, this is real Ceylon NOT cassia. Half a teaspoon of this with 1/2 a teaspoon of ginger and a splash of stevia frothed in 8oz of hot water stops my appetite and lowers my blood sugar by 20-50 points without metformin. With metformin about 5-15 points. This is the only cinnamon that will work with toxoplasmosis gondii if you have it. The so called blue parasite that harbors in the human pancreas and is believed to increase insulin resistance and type 2 diabetic blood sugar. Kitty cats are carriers and can transmit to humans. Get checked out by your PCP, there is a drug, but it is expensive, interesting and pathetic story there actually. Yes, I am type 2 diabetic but caused by belly fat and therefore fat in the pancreas not a parasite. Good Luck, hope this info helps someone.

Excellent curry and has a nice little kick. Made a chicken pea cauliflower curry over rice. It was excellent! Makes eating meatless great as well as in chicken or other curry!

A great way to have jalapeno available all the time in a quick and easy form. It tastes just like you used fresh...only without the prep!
My order was delivered by USPS which they do sometimes. They delivered it under my apartment mailboxes in the pouring rain. This is not the fault of the company however, when I let them know, they said I need to ship back the water damaged item and once they receive it, they will send me a new order. This left a bad taste in my mouth as I worked in shipping. It should have been filed as a damage claim and USPS should’ve picked it up from me. They also should’ve sent out a replacement prior to receiving the damaged item as it is not a return, it was damaged in shipping. I provided photos and a video multiple times. If it was just a cardboard shipping box that was damaged I would not have so much of an issue, but being as these pistachios are packaged in a paper bag themselves and no plastic wrap to protect the product I am unhappy. I left a message with the company and follow up emails yet they have stopped contacting me. Do not buy from here.

They needed more salt. I put regular salt on them and they were much better
